Expo Learning Pavilion
What is it?
The Expo Learning Pavilion is a special area in the AIHce Expo Hall reserved for product demonstration presentations during select Expo-open hours. There are two presentation areas, each with seating for approximately 25 attendees.
Who is eligible to present?
Product demonstration presentations in the Expo Learning Pavilion are open only to AIHce 2015 exhibitors who apply, and are accepted.
What are the criteria for the demonstrations?
Presentations should be physical demonstrations of equipment, instrumentation, etc. We are looking for exhibitors to teach attendees a new skill or application, or show them how a product can solve a workplace problem.
What would make my company’s presentation more likely to be accepted?
- You have a new product
- You have a new or updated application for a product
- You will teach attendees a new skill
- Your product has an application that solves a problem
How long are the presentations?
10–15 minutes, plus an additional 10 minutes of Q&A.
What is provided?
A screen, a laptop, and a microphone will be available. You are encouraged to provide handouts, literature, etc., to attendees.
When will these be scheduled?
The deadline to apply for a demonstration is February 9, 2015. You will be notified within a few weeks whether your presentation has been accepted and, if so, the scheduled presentation time.
How do I apply?
Complete the AIHce Expo Learning Pavilion Application and submit to Jackie Hajji, AIHce Expo Manager, by February 9, 2015.
