AIHce Welcomes Attendees From Around the World
All international guests, including Canadians, are invited to attend the International Reception on Monday, June 1. An invitation to fully registered professionals and a guest will be emailed approximately three weeks prior to the conference.
Preparing for AIHce
Register for the conference and reserve your hotel through AIHce to save money and receive preferred accommodations. Although English is the official language of AIHce, online registration and hotel reservations are available in several languages to assist in navigating.

Documentation
AIHce can provide documents to assist in obtaining permission to attend the conference. However, AIHce cannot intervene with any government agency on behalf of a participant.
- Official Letter of Invitation: Once you have registered for AIHce, you will be given the option to view and print a Letter of Invitation. You may submit this letter with your visa application to verify the name, dates, location, and purpose of AIHce 2015. Letters of Invitation will not be made available to anyone that has not registered for the conference. There are no exceptions to this policy. Visa Delays or Denials
Registration Refunds Due to a Visa Denial: Visa processing may require a long lead time. We highly recommend you apply for a visa three to four months in advance of the conference. If your visa is denied and you would like to be considered for a registration refund, please make sure you have an official denial document or a stamped copy of your application form with the date of application and date of denial.
