Visa Delays or Denials
Registration Refunds Due to a Visa Denial: Visa processing may require a long lead time. We highly recommend you apply for a visa three to four months in advance of the conference. If your visa is denied and you would like to be considered for a registration refund, please make sure you have an official denial document or a stamped copy of your application form with the date of application and date of denial. Send copies of these documents with your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
