Registration Information

Payment

Registration will not be processed without a credit card. Registration fees will immediately be charged to the credit card provided. The credit card must have an expiration date of June 2015 or later. A valid credit card is also required to guarantee a hotel room. Two different cards may be used – one to register and one to confirm the hotel reservation. Wire transfers are not accepted.

Incomplete registrations cannot be processed; individuals will not be considered registered for AIHce unless/until the issue is resolved.

Purchase Orders will be invoiced immediately upon registration. Full payment of the invoiced Advance registration fees must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on March 31, 2015 or the higher Standard registration fee will apply. Purchase Orders will be accepted for AIHce, but the balance due invoice must be paid in full by the deadline date indicated to receive the applicable rate and prior to picking up AIHce materials onsite.

Registration Discount Policy

In an effort to support our host city of Salt Lake City, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, AIHce utilizes the following policy: save up to $190 USD on your registration fee by staying within the official AIHce housing block. The deadline to book a hotel reservation is Thursday, May 14, 2015. After this date, the discounted registration rates no longer apply. If attendees book housing in the official AIHce housing block and later cancel their reservation, the additional $100 – $190 USD registration fee will be automatically charged.

Local attendees who plan on commuting to AIHce are exempt from the increased registration fee. During registration, please select the “No Reservations at this time” button on the housing page and select the “Live in the area” option to ensure you are not charged.

Registration Layaway

Back by popular demand! Individuals opting to pay registration fees via the Layaway Plan will be charged just 50 percent of the total fees at the time of registration. The balance will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on May 15, 2015.

Conference Confirmations

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. If a confirmation is not received, contact AIHce customer service at 1-800-462-9260 or aihce@experient-inc.com. Before contacting customer service, please check your spam folder as the confirmation may have been tagged as spam by your email provider.

Badges and Tickets

Badges and tickets for pre-conference Professional Development Courses (PDCs) or other ticketed sessions will NOT be mailed out in advance this year.  All attendees will need to pick up badges and tickets onsite at any Advanced Registration counter. Remember to bring a copy of your confirmation email with you so we can help expedite this process.

Member Registration Discount

Your registration category is determined by the category of membership you hold in AIHA or ACGIH at the time you register. Your AIHA or ACGIH membership must be renewed for the calendar year 2015 to qualify for AIHce’s discounted member conference rates. If you are not a member of AIHA or ACGIH at the time of registration and then you become a member, you will not receive a refund for the difference between the member and standard rates. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Government Employees

Federal, local, or state government employees may register and pay online by either:

  • Submiting a valid credit card (Exp. Date: June 2015 or later).
  • Submiting a purchase order or training authorization number and complete billing information.

Students

AIHce does not offer a discounted rate to those who are not AIHA Student Members. Students who meet membership criteria may join AIHA and receive the discounted AIHce Student registration rate.

Release

AIHA enlists the services of a professional photographer to provide photographs of AIHce activities for use in AIHA publications. By registering for AIHce, you agree to permit AIHA to use your likeness and appearance in AIHA publications if you appear in photographs of AIHce activities selected for use.

If you register for AIHce, the information you provide may be shared with trusted industry partners of the event, and the use of your personal information will be subject to the relative applicable privacy policies.

Program Changes

Every effort will be made to ensure that the program schedule and events remain as published. However, unforeseen changes may occur. AIHce reserves the right to make changes to the program. The AIHce Mobile App and the Final Program will be the most up to date. Please use these resources while at the conference to ensure you have the most recent changes.

Attendee Accommodations

Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physical accommodations and those with dietary restrictions or allergies, provided AIHce has received prior notice. Please indicate your requirements when you register and we will contact you to further discuss details. For those that request special meals during registration, you will receive a ticket with your badge that has the type of meal you will receive noted on it. Give this ticket to any staff member and you will be given your specialized meal.
